Rain, the Bahrain-founded crypto exchange licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain and ADGM, acquired Digital Ma'arefa, the Saudi financial-media company behind The Finance Memo, Crypto Memo and AI Memo. The transaction closed on 30 March 2026.
Digital Ma'arefa has built more than one million followers across its network. Its three co-founders are joining Rain, with Abdullah Mashat appointed managing director, as Rain deepens its financial-education and crypto-access reach across MENA.
