BECO Capital Closes $370m Dual-Fund Raise to Back Gulf Founders From Pre-Seed to Pre-IPO
The Dubai-based venture firm closed BECO Fund IV, a $120m early-stage vehicle, alongside a $250m Growth Fund, lifting assets under management past $820m to fund UAE and Saudi technology companies.
BECO Capital said it had closed a $370m raise across two new funds: BECO Fund IV, a $120m fourth early-stage fund with a sector-agnostic thesis spanning fintech, proptech, construction tech and AI, and a $250m Growth Fund investing from Series B to pre-IPO with average tickets of about $20m.
The close takes the firm's assets under management above $820m. BECO said the Growth Fund, led by general partner Amer Alaily, would deploy into both existing portfolio companies and new opportunities, with the funds focused primarily on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
