Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz Unveil $8.2bn 'Mercedes-Benz Places' Masterplanned City in Dubai
The Dubai developer debuts the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city, a 10-million-square-foot community, alongside a separate ultra-luxury Downtown tower.
Dubai developer Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz have launched Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City, a masterplanned community in the Nad Al Sheba and Meydan area billed as the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city. The Dh30 billion ($8.2 billion) scheme spans more than 10 million square feet and marks Binghatti's first masterplanned community.
Debuting in mid-January 2026, the development is designed as a multi-tower community integrating residences, retail, leisure, parks, mobility hubs and wellness zones, extending the German carmaker's design language beyond a single building into an entire district. The project is Binghatti's largest to date and its most ambitious branded-residence bet.
The launch follows the earlier unveiling of Mercedes-Benz Place, Binghatti, an ultra-luxury 65-storey tower in one of the last remaining plots in Downtown Dubai. That tower houses about 150 apartments with prices starting at Dh10 million and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Together, the two projects anchor a growing portfolio of branded residences that pair Binghatti's construction pace with a globally recognised luxury marque.
The announcements underscore the continued strength of Dubai's high-end property market and the appetite among developers for celebrity- and marque-branded real estate, a category that has commanded premium pricing as international buyers pour into the emirate.
