Dubai's Qeen.ai Raises $10m Seed Led by Prosus to Scale AI Agents for E-commerce
Google and DeepMind alumni raised one of MENA's largest seed rounds to automate content, marketing and sales for merchants.
Dubai-based AI startup Qeen.ai has raised $10 million in a seed round it says is among the largest in the MENA region to date, led by Prosus Ventures with participation from Wamda Capital, 10x Founders and Dara Holdings.
The round brings the company's total funding to $12 million. Qeen.ai builds autonomous AI agents for e-commerce businesses that handle content creation, marketing and conversational sales, letting small and midsized merchants compete without expensive agencies.
Founders Morteza Ibrahimi, Ahmad Khwileh and Dina Alsamhan started the company after years working on AI at Google and DeepMind.
The capital will be used to scale the platform as the MENA e-commerce market continues to grow.
