Egypt's Sylndr Teams With TRU to Launch the Country's First Fully Digital Car-Financing Platform
The used-car marketplace partnered non-bank lender TRU to roll out Sylndr Swift, described as Egypt's first fully digital car-loan platform.
Sylndr, the Egyptian used-car marketplace, has joined forces with TRU, a newly established non-banking financial institution, to launch Sylndr Swift, billed as Egypt's first fully digital car-financing platform.
The service offers financing approvals in under 10 minutes, aiming to remove friction from the process of buying and financing a used car online.
Sylndr Swift is part of a broader expansion into new verticals for the company, which also introduced Sylndr Plus, a vehicle-services layer covering inspections, maintenance and ownership transfers, and Al-Ajans, a growth programme for car dealers.
The moves extend Sylndr from a marketplace into an integrated platform for buying, selling, financing and servicing used cars in Egypt.
