On 9 September 2025, Property Finder announced a $525m strategic investment led by funds managed by Permira, with significant participation from Blackstone Growth. As part of the transaction, longtime cornerstone investor General Atlantic conducted a secondary sale of part of its holding.
The round reinforces the Dubai-headquartered classifieds platform's position as MENA's leading property marketplace and funds continued expansion and AI investment across the region. Founded in 2007 by Michael Lahyani, Property Finder operates across the UAE and the wider Middle East.
