NanoPalm, a Saudi biotech developing in-vivo gene therapy on an AI-designed lipid-nanoparticle (LNP) platform, won KPMG's Global Tech Innovator competition in Saudi Arabia. Judges cited its innovative approach, use of AI and potential to scale globally.
The startup's proprietary process produces stable, programmable LNPs that self-target organs and cells, aiming to overcome limitations of current delivery technologies, including in sickle cell disease. NanoPalm will represent Saudi Arabia at the competition's global final in Portugal.
