HALA, a Saudi provider of embedded financial services to MSMEs, raised $157 million in a Series B round in September 2025, among the largest fintech Series B rounds in the Middle East. It was co-led by TPG's The Rise Fund and PIF-owned Sanabil Investments, with QED, Raed Ventures, Impact46, MEVP and others.
HALA said it serves around 140,000 SMEs, adding 6,000 to 7,000 businesses a month. The capital will strengthen its Saudi position, expand lending products for MSMEs and freelancers, and support regional growth.
