Saudi Freight Platform TruKKer Raises $15m in Private Credit From Ruya Partners
The AI-enabled freight marketplace secured $15m from Ruya Partners' private-capital fund to expand across MENA and consolidate its freight-tech lead.
In July 2025, Saudi-based freight-tech company TruKKer raised $15m in private credit from Ruya Partners, through its Ruya Private Capital I fund, to support regional expansion and technology development. Founded in 2016, TruKKer operates across nine countries, connecting more than 60,000 transporters with over 1,200 enterprise clients through a real-time, AI-enabled marketplace.
The debt round reflects TruKKer's shift toward institutional financing instruments rather than a new equity round; the company subsequently arranged an asset-backed securitisation facility of up to $300m supported by its trade-receivables portfolio.
