Saudi Rent-Now-Pay-Later Startup Ejari Raises $14.65m Seed Round
Partners for Growth, BECO Capital and anb seed backed the October 2024 round as Ejari scales flexible rental payments across 17 Saudi cities.

Ejari, the Saudi proptech-fintech offering a rent-now-pay-later solution for residential units, raised $14.65 million (SAR 55 million) in a seed round in October 2024. Backers included Partners for Growth, BECO Capital, anb seed, Rua Ventures, Alinma Pay, Vision Ventures and the Aqar listings platform.
Founded in 2022 and based in Riyadh, Ejari leases units from landlords and subleases them to tenants on installment plans, and says it has generated more than $30 million in demand across 17 cities. It plans to add furnishing, maintenance and relocation services through partners.
