Saudi Vacation-Rental Platform Gathern Raises $72m Series B Ahead of Planned Tadawul IPO
The Sanabil-led round values the Riyadh short-term rental app at over $266m, ranking it among MENA's highest-valued female-led startups as it eyes a public listing.
Gathern, the Riyadh-based short-term rental platform, raised $72 million in a Series B round led by PIF subsidiary Sanabil Investments, with participation from Endeavor, Pinnacle, Nuwa Capital and STV. The August 2025 round values the company at more than $266 million and moves it closer to a listing on the Saudi Exchange.
Founded in 2017, Gathern said the capital would fund local and regional expansion, more long-stay inventory and new AI features to attract inbound visitors. At its new valuation, Gathern is among the highest-valued venture-backed MENA startups founded and led by a woman.
