UAE's Letswork Wins Dubai Municipality Contract to Run Co-Working Spaces in Public Parks
The flexible-workspace startup is taking its model beyond commercial real estate through a public-private tie-up.
Dubai-based proptech Letswork has been selected by Dubai Municipality to operate co-working spaces inside public parks under the city's Work from Park initiative.
The first location is set to open at Al Barsha Pond Park, marking a move for the flexible-workspace model beyond traditional commercial real estate into public-private partnerships.
Founded in 2018 by Omar Al Mheiri and Hamza Khan, Letswork runs a subscription platform that gives members access to a network of co-working spaces, hotels and cafes, along with bookable offices and meeting rooms.
The company says it connects a community of tens of thousands of members across hundreds of venues in multiple markets.
