UAE's ZIWO Secures Strategic Investment From Ajeej Capital's Amplify Growth Fund
The Arabic-first cloud contact-centre platform will use the growth capital to scale across the GCC and wider MENA.
ZIWO, a UAE-based Arabic-first, AI-powered cloud contact-centre platform, has secured a strategic growth investment from the Amplify Growth Fund, managed by Ajeej Capital (DIFC) Limited.
The company said the investment would support its continued expansion across the GCC and its ambition to scale across more than 10 MENA markets, one of the fastest-growing regions for enterprise digital transformation.
ZIWO is backed by regional investors including Wamda and Oraseya Capital. The company recently joined the Amazon Web Services ISV Accelerate co-sell programme as part of its go-to-market push.
The platform is purpose-built for Middle East enterprises seeking AI-enabled customer-communication tools.
