US Edtech Seesaw Acquires Jordan's Little Thinking Minds to Expand Arabic Literacy
US-based learning platform Seesaw acquired Amman's Little Thinking Minds to grow its Arabic and English literacy solutions globally.
Seesaw, the US-based education-technology company, has acquired Little Thinking Minds, the Jordanian edtech startup, to expand its learning solutions globally.
Little Thinking Minds, founded in 2004 by Rama Kayyali and Lamia Tabbaa, builds digital platforms aimed at improving literacy and learning outcomes for school-aged children across the Middle East and North Africa.
The deal is expected to strengthen Seesaw's Arabic and English literacy offerings, drawing on Little Thinking Minds' content and its long track record in the region's schools.
The acquisition marks an exit for one of Jordan's longest-running edtech companies as the sector consolidates around global platforms.
