Created on November 26, 2009, following the legal transformation of the former "Industrie des Ciments" management company, the group is composed of 22 specialized subsidiaries, including 14 cement plants, 1 aggregates and marble company, 1 distribution company, 2 industrial maintenance and assembly companies, 1 technical assistance center, 1 training and professional development center, 1 company for production and commercialization of red products, and 1 security company.
