Dubai's Holo Raises $22m Series A Led by Impact46 to Scale Digital Mortgages Across the GCC
The digital mortgage platform will accelerate its Saudi Arabia push in one of the GCC's largest Series A rounds of 2025.
Dubai-based fintech Holo has raised $22 million in a Series A round led by Saudi Arabia's Impact46, with participation from Mubadala Investment Company, Rua Growth Fund, anb seed and MoreThan Capital, alongside returning investors Salica Oryx Fund and Dubai Future District Fund.
Founded in 2020 by Michael Hunter and Arran Summerhill, Holo runs a digital mortgage platform that lets buyers compare real-time mortgage and refinancing options from multiple banks, apply online and track their progress with specialist support.
The company said the capital would accelerate expansion in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC and scale its product and engineering teams.
Holo says it processes more than AED 1 billion in mortgages monthly and has served over 80,000 clients.
