Sylndr, an Egyptian used-car marketplace, closed a $15.7 million Series A led by Development Partners International (DPI) via the Nclude Fund, with Algebra Ventures, Nuwa Capital, Raed Ventures, Beltone Venture Capital and others. The round closed in May 2025.
Founded in 2021 by Omar El Defrawy, Sylndr lets users buy, sell, finance and service used cars. In 2025 it expanded into new verticals: digital financing (Sylndr Swift), vehicle services (Sylndr Plus) and a dealer growth program, following an earlier $7.5 million capital facility.
