DXwand specialises in large language models, knowledge mining and omnichannel conversational AI, automating text and voice conversations between businesses, government services and customers across channels. The Series A was led by Shorooq Partners, with Algebra Ventures and Dubai Future District Fund also participating. The Egypt-based company plans to use the capital to scale its AI technology and expand its customer base.
