noon Partners ADNOC Distribution to Turn UAE Service Stations Into Quick-Commerce Hubs
The e-commerce group will place Noon Minutes fulfilment hubs inside hundreds of ADNOC stations and convenience stores for 15-minute delivery.
noon, the Gulf e-commerce group, has partnered with ADNOC Distribution to establish Noon Minutes fulfilment hubs inside the fuel retailer's service stations across the UAE, a move designed to speed up last-mile delivery and expand its quick-commerce reach.
Under the agreement, Noon Minutes hubs will be integrated into ADNOC Distribution's network of 551 service stations and 373 ADNOC Oasis convenience stores, offering 15-minute delivery of groceries, gadgets and everyday essentials. ADNOC Oasis products will also be made available through the retailer's app, with noon handling the logistics, and the two companies said they would collaborate on AI-powered initiatives spanning inventory management, route planning and personalised recommendations tied to ADNOC Rewards.
ADNOC Distribution chief executive Bader Saeed Al Lamki said the partnership would help transform stations into "smart convenience hubs" powered by technology, while noon chief executive Faraz Khalid said the collaboration would help the company "redefine convenience" by combining its digital platform with ADNOC's physical footprint.
The tie-up reflects the intensifying competition in Gulf quick commerce, where players are racing to build dense fulfilment networks, and shows how established fuel-retail infrastructure is being repurposed as a distribution asset for instant delivery.
