Saudi Creator-Marketing Startup Halo AI Raises $6m Seed Led by Raed Ventures and Shorooq
Founded by former Meta and Snapchat ad executives, the platform uses AI to launch brand-creator campaigns within 48 hours.
Halo AI, a Saudi startup building an AI-powered creator-marketing platform, has raised $6 million in a seed round co-led by Raed Ventures and Shorooq Partners. The company announced the raise at the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Riyadh.
The platform streamlines collaborations between brands and content creators, using artificial intelligence to match, brief and manage influencer campaigns. Halo AI says its technology allows campaigns to launch within 48 hours and achieves a 97 percent completion rate, compared with an industry average it puts at around 65 percent, addressing long-standing inefficiencies in a fragmented creator-marketing market.
The founding team, comprising Vito Strokov, Rami Saad and Alex Gadalin, previously built advertising products at AWS, Meta and Snapchat. "After decades of building ad products at Meta and Snapchat, we recognized that traditional approaches couldn't solve the fundamental inefficiencies in creator marketing," said Strokov, co-founder and chief executive. Raed Ventures general partner Wael Nafee said the firm was "confident Halo AI will become a definitive platform in this rapidly growing market."
The raise reflects investor appetite for AI-native marketing infrastructure in the Gulf, where a booming creator economy and heavy brand spending on social platforms have created demand for tools that make influencer campaigns faster and more measurable.
