Munjz, the Saudi proptech company, has raised $5 million in a funding round with participation from Vision Ventures, Almajdiah Investment Co. and the Watheeq Proptech Fund.
Originally established in 2017 as a platform connecting homeowners with certified home-service providers, Munjz has since pivoted toward the property and facilities-management sector.
The company said it is expanding beyond Saudi Arabia into Egypt and Abu Dhabi as it scales its digital facilities-management offering.
The raise reflects continued investor interest in proptech platforms digitising property operations across the Gulf and wider region.
