UAE Staffing Platform Ogram Raises $3m Led by Tanami Capital to Enter Saudi Arabia
The on-demand staffing startup is using the round to fuel Saudi expansion and an early-wage payment programme.
UAE-based flexible staffing platform Ogram has raised $3 million in a round led by Tanami Capital to fund expansion into Saudi Arabia.
Launched in 2016, Ogram connects vetted gig workers with temporary roles across sectors including food and beverage, hospitality, e-commerce and logistics. The company says it has served over 450 business and individual clients in the UAE, with more than 1,050 active workers placing over 2,000 jobs a month.
The new funding will accelerate geographic expansion in Saudi Arabia, targeting retail, hospitality and logistics, and support an early-wage payment programme designed to improve worker satisfaction.
Ogram also plans to strengthen working capital as it grows its regional footprint.
